Vattikuti Venkateshwarulu:
despite having studied only until the 4th class, has made significant contributions to the village. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Bana Development Foundation and has previously held positions as an MPTC member, village Sarpanch, and Market Committee Vice Chairman. Actively involved in the CPM party, he demonstrates his commitment to serving his village and advocating for its interests. With the support of the Bana Development Foundation, he has been instrumental in various community development projects, including the construction and renovation of primary schools, additional classrooms for the high school, a veterinary hospital, laying CC roads, improving roads, and facilitating the installation of a substation in the village.
Avula ChinnaAppi Reddy Garu:

Sri Avula Laxman Reddy Garu:
background as a Water Board Member enhances his effectiveness as an Executive Member of the Bana Development Foundation, enabling him to make meaningful contributions towards the betterment of the community.
Sri Marikanti Venkateshwarulu Garu:
As an Executive Member, Sri Marikanti Venkateshwarulu Garu’s diverse background enriches his contributions to the organization. With previous experience as an SMC Chairman, and current Congress Party Village President, he brings valuable insights and expertise to his role within the Foundation.
Mr. Bharat Avula Reddy:
a young and dynamic entrepreneur, has completed his Master’s degree abroad. He currently serves as the Joint Secretary of the Bana Development Foundation. Bharat began his professional career in the wind energy sector and has experience in renewable energy and the construction industry. He is currently partnering with the leading construction company “Vasavi Group” and serves as a Partner at Vasavi Metropolis and Managing Partner at Vasavi Crown East, a 34-floor residential project in Uppal, Hyderabad. As the son of Sri Bhaskar Avula Reddy Garu, the founder of Bana Development, Mr. Bharat has assisted his father in all aspects of developing this social service. Mr. Bharat has taken up all the required initiatives for developmental activities in the village, including organizing scholarships for merit students, constructing a community hall, organizing medical camps, installing a water treatment plant, donating land for a cremation area, purchasing musical instruments, and arranging training facilities for students with the help of the Bana Development Foundation.
