The Importance of Education is an important issue in one’s life. It is the key to success in the future and to have many opportunities in our life. Education has many advantages for people. For instance, it illuminates a person’s mind and thinking. It helps students to plan for work or pursue a higher education while graduating from university. Having education in an area helps people think, feel, and behave in a way that contributes to their success, and improves not only their personal satisfaction but also their community. BANA DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION committed for helping children in education.

  While doing so, the first thing we did was to provide scholarships to the needy and deserving students and the Meritorious students, we wanted to show it as a carrot to say that you study well. If you perform well, you will get money and that will help you to do better study further and to go to higher education. So, providing scholarships has been the mainstay of our foundation right from the beginning or even before the foundation was started So, we encourage you to start with merit-based scholarships, that is the students who talk in each class, right from the class to 10th class. We will buy scholarships that is continuing even now. This is done once a year at Independence, Republic Day occasions. And while scholarships were distributed, the all the village people were called and all the students and teachers so present. This is to enhance the motivation level of the winner of the scholarships and to see that all other students also fall in line and compete for better performance and to obtain merit scholarships. The scholarship program first started with high school later extended to primary school. And in the last few years, we extended it to the government high schools in Mudigonda mandal. In all the 14 government high schools, the toppers of SSC examination in each year, have been assembled in Bana Development Community Hall. And in the presence of some distinguished gathering, and some high-level personality each year acting as the chief guest the scholarships were awarded to all the Meritorious students and along with the scholars have the primary school from fifth class to 10th class. This has gone very well. People appreciated this idea. So, we feel that we should take it forward and make it stronger and robots’ program on this.
